Now
- Got a full time job, enjoying belonging somewhere, trying to be better everyday.
- All my spare time is spent on knitting an autumn coloured scarf - my biggest and the most thin yarned knitting project ever
- Practising continental style knitting, hoping that it will allow longer knitting without strain on my hands.
- Teaching my old cat new tricks. He can sit, nose-boop my finger and give me his paw - only the right paw for some reason. His food drive and attention are amazing. If I could train him when he was younger, he would have been a star.
- My gardening plans are not coming through. I lost all motivation as Sun disappeared from Scotland.
- Finding myself asking normal in Korea but weird in the UK questions to my colleague, such as ‘have you had lunch yet?’ or ‘what are you planning to eat for lunch?’ without meaning to invite them to lunch.
- Watched the whole series of The Crown. It was a really helpful recap of 20C history of the UK. I know many prime minister names and their parties now.
